FREE Recipe #1 : Fruit Chocolate Mousse

Johanna's Famous Fruit-Choc Mousse


Ingredients:

1 cup Raw Cacao Powder

1 cup Raisins

1 cup Mixed Berries

1 cup Dried Apricots

1 cup Cashews

1/4 cup Virgin coconut oil

1/4 cup raw agave nectar (optional)

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 pinch celtic sea salt

1-2 cups of water

Directions

(A higher power blender is required to get a smooth texture.)

  • Mix the berries, apricots, raisins, agave, and coconut oil into the blenders until all the bigger pieces have broken down.
  • Next add the cashews, vanilla essence, and at least 1 cup of water and mix until as smooth as possible.
  • Add the cacao powder in last, and add any extra water if needed or wanted for a thinner mousse.
  • Fill the finished mixture into a serving container and set it into the fridge. It will settle and thicken over night.
  • Serve out of the fridge any time.
  • Enjoy!
